Ieri, giovedì 3 dicembre si è celebrato il British Fashion Awards 2020. L’evento si è svolto in maniera telematica. Alcune star come Millie Bobby Brown, Priyanka Chopra e Maisie Williams hanno presentato i vincitori delle varie categorie. Lo scopo di questo evento è quello di elogiare l’innovazione e la creatività dei vari stilisti e di tutte le persone più influenti che lavorarono a contatto con il mondo della moda.
Quest’anno le categorie sono state cambiate per andare incontro a tutte le varie emergenze che hanno caratterizzato il 2020: dal movimento ‘Black Lives Matter‘ alla pandemia mondiale causata dal Covid-19.
Lo stilista italiano Riccardo Tisci direttore creativo di Burberry ha trionfato nella categoria ‘creatività‘. Con il suo stile è riuscito a riaffermare il noto brand come potenza creativa globale rendendolo il principale testimonial del cambiamento (tema che sta caratterizzando tantissimo il 2020).
Tisci è stato omaggiato per i valori attribuiti al suo brand Burberry: inclusività e sostenibilità. Questi due, sono stati degli elementi fondamentali per potare avanti la sfilata tenutasi lo scorso settembre, dove in un bosco ha preso vita una sfilata sensazionale.
Lo stilista, oltre ad aver contribuito ad alimentare la sensibilità ambientale non si è tirato indietro dinanzi l’emergenza sanitaria Covid-19. Per fronteggiare l’irruente situazione pandemica Tisci ed il brand di cui lui è direttore creativo hanno fatto enormi donazioni per poter arrivare alla formulazione di un possibile vaccino che abbia effetto contro il terribile virus. La fabbrica di giubbotti situata a Castelford, in Inghilterra, è stata adibita per la produzione di abiti non chirurgici e maschere.
Tisci e il suo impero sono una grande benedizione per il mondo della moda. Con il suo talento rende onore ed omaggia la sua amata Italia ogni anno sempre di più!

Yesterday, Thursday, December 3, the British Fashion Awards 2020 was celebrated. The event was held electronically. Some stars like Millie Bobby Brown, Priyanka Chopra and Maisie Williams presented the winners of the various categories. The purpose of this event is to praise the innovation and creativity of the various designers and all the most influential people who worked in contact with the fashion world.
This year the categories have been changed to meet all the various emergencies that have characterized the 2020: from the movement ‘Black Lives Matter‘ to the world pandemic caused by Covid-19.
The Italian designer Riccardo Tisci creative director of Burberry has triumphed in the category ‘creativity’. With his style he managed to reaffirm the well-known brand as a global creative power making it the main testimonial of change (a theme that is characterizing so much the 2020).
Tisci was honored for the values attributed to his brand Burberry: inclusiveness and sustainability. These two, were fundamental elements to prune the parade held last September, where in a forest came to life a sensational parade.
The designer, in addition to having helped to feed the environmental sensitivity did not hold back the health emergency Covid-19. To face the impetuous pandemic situation Tisci and the brand of which he is creative director have made huge donations to be able to formulate a possible vaccine that has an effect against the terrible virus. The vest factory in Castelford, England, has been used for the production of non-surgical clothing and masks.
Tisci and his empire are a great blessing to the fashion world. With his talent he honours and pays homage to his beloved Italy every year more and more!
